Faith Hill approves of her husband’s hair transformation, Tim McGraw confirmed. McGraw stunned many fans when he debuted his shaved head over the summer in snapshots by photographer John Shearer.
McGraw, 58, shared with E! News at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Festival presented by Capital Ones over the weekend at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada: “It was so hot this summer, and I just decided to do it. Once I did it, I really liked it and then my wife liked it even better.”
The Louisiana-born country star took the stage on Saturday night (September 20), performing some of his newest ballads and most beloved hits of his decades-long career. McGraw spotlighted his family during the performance, including when he shared the stage with his nephew, rising artist Timothy Wayne, and when he introduced himself to the arena audience as Tim McGraw, but “it’s OK, you can call me Faith’s husband. I like that better.”
McGraw also spotlighted his wife on the red carpet, which he walked the evening before her 58th birthday on Sunday (September 21). McGraw said on the red carpet that Hill’s birthday is “tomorrow,” and added, “she’s the queen.” The two country stars got married in October 1996. They’ve since raised three daughters: Gracie McGraw, 28, Maggie McGraw, 27, and Audrey McGraw, 23.
The star-studded, genre-spanning event returned on Friday night (September 19) and Saturday night to T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The lineup of the 2025 show included McGraw, plus Jelly Roll, BigXthaPlug, Bryan Adams, Ed Sheeran, Diplo, GloRilla, John Fogerty, Justice, LL COOL J, Mariah Carey, Maroon 5, Sammy Hagar, Tate McRae, The Offspring, and Bailey Zimmerman.
