Randoms-Storm Cloud isn't what it appears to be, Pets Affecting Love Life

We told you earlier this week about how much Millennials rely on the Bank of Mom and Dad for basic life expenses. Well, it turns out the financial help doesn’t stop after they get married and have kids. According to research, 20% of Millennials received financial assistance from their parents when purchasing a home, and a whopping 94% of grandparents in the U.S. help with the cost of raising their grandkids. A survey by the AARP found that each year, grandparents spend a total of $179 billion on their grandkids -- an average of $2,652 per grandparent. 21% of grandparents help with their grandkids’ college tuition, 14% help with everyday expenses like groceries, 8% give their grandkids an allowance, and 5% help with major expenses like housing and medical costs. #KuToo …Japanese women are protesting the policy of women having to wear high heels in the workplace with the #KuToo movement. KuTu – which references the #MeToo movement -- is a play on the Japanese wordskutsu, which means shoes, andkutsuu, which means pain. Some 20,000 Japanese women signed an online petition and submitted it to the government’s Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare, asking for laws that stop employers from forcing women to wear high heels at work – which they call sexual discrimination and harassment. In other news …A massive ladybug swarm is moving across California. Meteorologists saw what appeared to be a large storm cloud hovering over San Diego County earlier this week. Turns out the cloud was a swarm of ladybugs. The cloud, termed a “bloom,” is estimated to be about 80 miles by 80 miles. The ladybugs were flying somewhere between 5,000 to 9,000 feet in the air.
